Responsibilities:

• Craft release plans for your team’s projects that account for resource constraints, velocity, cross-team dependencies, etc.
• Lead the Agile Scrum process through daily standups, sprint planning, resource planning, and retrospectives.  Ensure the execution of sprints with rigor
• Establish and manage a product backlog with respect to strategic priorities and visibility on execution to the company’s roadmap.
• Work with engineering team to develop long-term strategy and architecture plans
• Identify roadblocks and breaks in the development process, then work with the team to resolve and provide solutions
• Collaborate with other Program Managers around dependencies, product definitions, status tracking, etc.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years managing software projects with a team of 10-15 engineers
• Strong relevant technical knowledge and conceptual understanding of architecture
• Customer focused and advocate of engineering excellent toward customers satisfaction
• Experience planning all stages of the software development life cycle
• Experience developing release plans, accounting for resource and velocity constraints
• Comfort implementing an Agile Scrum model (standups, sprints, retrospectives, etc.)
• Master of juggling priorities and resources
• Ability to dig deep and communicate both about individual tasks and long-term strategy
• Comfort with owning product mission and requirements across stakeholders and the team.
• Self-driven to take challenges head-on and achieve goals
• Excel at working in small, dynamic and fast-paced groups

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with JIRA
• Understanding of user-centered design
• Ability to manage of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes
• Understanding of monitoring and health system management
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science
