About You

You know machine learning. You understand its magical powers, and just importantly, its limitations. You are the sorcerer and the systems you build are your apprentices. You also know data.  You have a passion for combining machine learning and data together in choral harmony. You have experience applying machine learning artfully to the problems at hand. You know exactly where to look for data, how to model it, and how to assess its relevance, its quality and its caveats. You understand that if you get it right, customers will look at what your systems have learned and have a deep appreciation for how their lives are better by the information you provide to them. You excel when working in small, dynamic, and fast-paced teams. Your self-driven attitude helps you thrive in unstructured environments. You are accomplished at what you do, and long for the chance to work on a mix of bold innovations that will push boundaries and change the way millions of people interact with technology. Leading motivates you, following bores you. You are one of us.
